What is VpCI-423

Description: It is a brown colored rust remover gel.
Application: It is applied by brush, roller or spray (conventional or airless). Let it stand for 15 to 20 minutes and then clean with water and an alkaline cleaner such as VpCI-414.

Uses and applications: Used to remove rust from surfaces of carbon steel, brass, iron and copper sulfations, tools, parts and equipment that due to storage present rust on its surface. The amount to apply will depend on the size of the oxide film.

Evaluation: VpCI-423 was applied directly by brush on a 1″ x 2″ and 3 mm thick carbon steel floor, which presented rust on its surface.
