Space saving options such as a shredder compactor, a glass crusher or compacting containers installed under the chute minimizes waste volume and also ensures savings on expenses in port. A fan system maintains negative pressure to avoid any smell from the chute and an automatic cleaning system allow for easy maintenance. The chute system is designed to minimize any noise.

The Evac chute control system is a powerful component linking the different chute-subsystems and the ship’s fire alarms. The system detects failed units or open doors, locks the chute doors in case of fire on the ship and ensures safe handling for crew during use and service.

Supplied as modules/segments optionally with cabling, insulation and stainless steel covers for easy installation.
